Channel 3 in Omaha, Nebraska, is really stirring things up this week. For their hard-hitting report on local librarians wasting taxpayer money by playing Rock Band, you have to go to the next page, because the video starts playing immediately and that’s really annoying. But it’s well worth it, especially the part where the concerned dad tries to explain to his son what the PlayStation-loving librarians did, and the poor kid asks, “Is that bad?”
In the meantime, enjoy (if you can) the video that started the controversy, embedded above. Not only did these people post 10 minutes of them playing Rock Band, but they overlaid the Benny Hill theme song over the whole thing. Typical Nebraska librarians – totally out of control.
