Oh, Obama Girl. Your 15 minutes of fame ended so long ago, but you still call yourself that and occasionally pop up for no reason, doing things that have nothing to do with Obama, but act like it makes sense and do it anyway. So bold, so delightful.
Well, this time Obama Girl has finally moved on to someone really important: Mario.
She’s “live” at E3 in L.A., covering a protest of fake Italian-Americans angry at Super Mario’s negative representation of Italians. Then they act like Mario and fight a giant ape who throws barrels at them.
Once you get past the incongruous Obama Girl tie-in (Doesn’t she have a real name? If she was just the talented actress who started out playing Obama Girl but then moved on to new things, we’d love her, right?), it’s actually pretty funny. But don’t trust us, just watch it!
