When we first found out that our boss at Level One Boss, Scott Chernoff, had appeared in a 2006 Jimmy Kimmel Live sketch about a riot among video game nerds in line for the release of the PlayStation 3, we were, of course, mildly curious.
But then when we discovered that Scott played a character called “The Virgin” and was fighting someone named “Dr. Dandruff,” we knew this was something we had to see. A couple dozen times.
So several beers later, we decided this funny bit about gaming dorks doing some real-life Punch-Out for the PS3 not only needed to be posted (even if we had to create our own YouTube account to do it), but also, for posterity, it had to be immediately, immortally inducted into the Video Game Comedy Hall of Fame.
(Yes – The Virgin wins! We especially dig his yellow Star Wars T-shirt that clearly does not fit. Nice touch.)
