Dance Magic + Kidnapped Children = Michael Jackson’s Moonwalker

Monday June 29, 2009 9:02 AM

It only seems appropriate to remember the late King of Pop for what he was best known for – dancing his way through nightclubs, saving kidnapped children, and fighting Zoot Suit mobsters with a magical glitter hat.

Not ringing a bell? Than maybe you haven’t played the SEGA Genesis game Moonwalker enough, because that’s exactly how the game begins. Complete with high-pitched MIDI Jacko squeals.

We’re not sure how or why those little girls and boys got into a mob-run night club as “prestigious” as Club 30 in the first place (Really? Couldn’t think of a more creative name, game developers?), but we’re certain that Michael Jackson wasn’t the right guy to save them.
