There’s nothing nerds like more after 12 hours of playing an MMORPG and shoveling Hostess cakes into our mouths than sitting in front of the TV.  The first thing we turn on is the latest “Ace of Cakes” where cake is not made by an oily machine in another country but by people who care (and have obscenely large budgets).

And what is more delicious than a cake of Warhammer online’s giant red demon, the Squig?

The episode detailing the cake’s origin aired last night, and we were floored.  It took fewer hours to make the cake than it does to defeat a Squig in the game. Does that mean… it’s worth our while to leave the house and do something with our lives? Hell no! We have to go ask our parents for a loan to buy ourselves one of these things! We want to kill and eat it.

Are you more familiar with Warhammer’s competition in the World of Warcraft than pastries? Then you’ll probably get a kick out of this.
